Good Customer Service

A company cannot exist without it.  You see it every day.  You step into that restaurant and you either have a good meal or a bad one.  Sometimes you have a horrible customer experience and when you walk out of the doors, you vow never to go back again. 

Think about that with your job.  Are you always responsive with our customers?  Do you bend yourself backwards to assist them?  Are you suggestive to an easier solution?  I hope the answer to these questions is YES!  If not then our customers will walk out the door, and vow never to come back again.

Never, NEVER, underestimate the power of Good Customer Service.  I t is a fact that the customer experience overcomes a lot.  Think about that time that you had an average meal but the customer experience was over and above what was expected.  Have you been back?  More than likely the answer is yes.  Make sure that you give the Best Customer Experience that you can give.  It will reward you in ways that you cannot believe.  By the way, make sure that the “meal” (workmanship) that you present is better than average also.
